Arming a Fei Yi M250, also known as the JJRC X1

Hoping someone out there can give me a hand.

I received one of these entry level brushless quads today as an official RCGroups.com review sample. It must have either been a demo unit or it was tested before being shipped from China. In any event, it came with no manual.

Binding the transmitter and the model isn't an issue, but I can't figure out how to arm it. Anyone else have one of these and who would be kind enough to please tell me how to arm it?

Thanks, all!

For the record, the arming system is, well, different.

First, the model is powered up followed by the transmitter. Then, the sticks are moved to the lower left and lower right positions to bind the model and transmitter.

Here's the tricky part: The throttle stick is then quickly moved right-left-right to arm the system and to turn on the motors to idle.

Strange, but it works. I'd have never figured it out on my own.
