You need a special prop hub and prop blades which usually also requires a compatible hollow shaft motor. They are very rare and difficult to find except for some tiny, flimsy, poorly built types for smaller planes.

Apparently they aren't as efficient as the fixed pitch ones, even though they are supposed to be, because they use poor propeller blades (i.e. flat), unless you get a custom setup.
