Steering debugging

It was another day of rearranging components & debugging steering before any attempt at machine vision could happen. The massive steering changes required for autopilot were a long way from working. Had to move the Odroid to make room for its cables. Captured some video. Added a variable frame rate for recording the input video. Wifi was much more reliable from the macbook than the phone. Couldn't connect long enough to start the program from the phone. Once started, it didn't crash. Managed to access the STM32 just enough to do the required maintenance. Rick Hunter never had to deal with component accessibility. Such is the difference between Japanese cartoons & reality.
