Fixing foamies
My Ernie wing mid-aired and it split in half...
It went back together simple enough... but there was some places missing.... easy fix.... The red marker was to tell me where not to waste glue. |

Make a thin cardboard pattern of what it would take to repair damage...
Straight lines are your friend.. Then trace around pattern..... |

Cut out damaged area on your marks...
|
|
|
|
|
|
Use same pattern to mark patch on some scrap foam...
Cut out patch and trial fit... i likem a lil tite... |

|
|
Before mixing glue... makes some notes so you get it in correctly
|
|
|
|
|
|
Glue it in with your favorite glue
Then tape over |
