what kinda spray paint should I use on foam?

Hey Guys,

I was wondering what kind of spray paint I need to use on my brand new mini piper. I went to my hoppy store and the local hard ware store and both said that anything that they had would eat though the foam....... any suggestions?

Just a name, not the Law.
I heard that Testers spray enamal from an LHS wont melt the foam. Try anything out first though.... I'm picking up some Testers paint tomorrow and will try on my formosa, I'll let you know how it works out..

I just finshed a bluecore plane and used Rust-Oleum and it worked fine. Kept it at about 8" from the foam while painting.
On the other hand blue core has a thin layer of plastic-type film over it so that might have helped. But I tried the edges that are film free and it still seems to work fine.
Im going to try it out on depron tommrow just to see if it will work.
I always thought that it was the Acitone that ate the foam and I see that Rust-Oleum has nothing like that in it, So well see.

I just finished my Formosa using Tamiya spray paints from my LHS. Worked great.
