issues charging 1s batteries (skyrc b6 with parallel board)

I bought a parallell board that supports 1s lipo's for my skyrc b6, but it seems like it detects reverse polarity when a battery is plugged into it unless i put the black bananna plug in the red slot and vice versa. Is this safe?

Also I've been flying an alienwii quadcopter, and I have 750mah nano tech batteries that aren't the best. What should these batteries be measuring when charging is full? What about after a flight? I always fly my hovership zuul 3s batteries to 3.5v but people are telling me if my 750mah nanotech is readying 3.6-3.8v it has already triggered LVC on the alienwii and is doing damage to the batteries?

I wouldn't mind using a simple charging solution, I don't think using this hubsan charger is doing me any favors since I'm not sure I can use the parallel board

Thanks!

Welcome to the non standardized polarity of Walkera/Mini Losi connectors.
Well known issue.
LiPo end voltage: 4.2V, storage voltage best at 3.8-3.85V, do not discharge 1s cells under 3.6V (or stay above 3.0V under load at all costs)
