Tried to fly today. The esc must be faulty. Took about 15 mins to get the motor spinning. Flew for 15mins and i have now retired it to the back of the garage. Going to buy something else.

You can use just about any ESC. As long as it has the same rating, like 20 or 30A for example.
Get a Plush ESC from Hobbyking, or a HobbyWing from Banggood for example. They are cheap and top quality.

Might be your ESC is just fine, but you have messed with it's program setting. If a motor spools up very slowly it normaly means it's set to governer / helicopter mode.

Did you calibrate your ESC?

Quick beeps means programming mode. I do think you have changed the ESC's programming (you do this with stick inputs)

Best to watch a few videos on youtube so you learn how to use / callibrate and program a ESC.

Your glider should also have ESC programming instructions in the manual.

steeevo, at the risk of sounding like an ass (that's not the intention), but this airplane is not complicated to setup. Did you follow the calibration steps on the previous page? Just because you can't get the ESC to cooperate does not mean the entire aircraft is trash. It's very silly to think such.

Call our service center if you need help over the phone, one of our guys can walk you right through the steps and if all else fails, we can get you warranty service on the ESC.
