Walkera Runner 250 "drop out"

Runner 250 dropped out of the sky after 3 mins on a new battery while descending. broke 2 props. Why are these things just losing all contact? Futaba radio and 6 channel FASST receiver. I've seen this problem on other sites, anyone have an idea?
