Thanks. It just sold. It was a fun build!

I wanted to replace the stock motor/ESC/Rx/servo brick unit and the Leopard brushless 13.5t system was what I had sitting.

A sensored brushless motor gives great torque control at low speeds. Also, a 13.5 t brushless motor is not a high speed motor but will give good low to mid range speeds. Good for a scale truck.

Are the plastic ones no good? Or metal just look better ? Has anyone got any links or pics of the trucks internals, i.e. Diffs and gearboxes?
Thanks

Metal ones have ball bearings while the plastic ones only have bushings.

I do like that 4x4!, but when I add all up for the metal frame and gearbox and other metal stuff I am not far from a vaterra ascender which is easier to get and faster in house as it is available for 292.
