How about a Gloster Gladiator? It flew in China,Greece,Belgium,Finland,East Africa,North Africa,the Middle East,the Mediterranean and Norway.It was used to fight the Japanese,Germans,Russians,Iraqis,Italians,and the British(captured by the Iraqis!)
So ther are plenty of paint schemes to choose from.

Well I bought the P-51 Mustang and F4U Corsair and will definitely buy a P-38, I may grab a C-47 too... I guess most people want to own one of them, or all of them. I can't even recall what the A-1 looks like off the top of my head?
