EZNOV Neuron Ultimate Stabilization System

One For All, RC Model Stabilizer - Neuron has you covered in more ways than one.

Splash

Tiny in size, Big on speed.

EZNOV has released this new multi-platform stabilization system to the masses, and I mean masses. Supporting multi-rotors, airplanes, and helicopters, the Neuron has unique special features for each aircraft you choose to fly.

The Neuron has a built in barometer, and 9 axis gyro/accelerometer sensors for full control over your aircraft. It also has data logging, and support for external GPS and satellite receivers. Tones of individual features for all types of flying all of which are preformed through multiple simulations and precise algorithms.

For more information on the Neuron click here.

Hardware

  • Latest generation, 9 axis sensor (MPU-9250).
  • Latest generation STM32F4 microcontroler with floating point unit.
  • Rock solid power stage (no more sat locks) up to 8.4V.
  • Very small : 23.15 x 34.5 x 13.6 mm.
  • 6.7g weight.
  • External USB connector for more installation flexibility (cable and adapter provided in the box).
  • Unplug the USB adapter and you can plug a Bluetooth module instead (same cable).
  • 3 bottom case colors to customize your unit (time limited offer).
  • Every connector is electrically protected.
  • 3M Very High Bond double sided pad provided.

Overall Features:

  • Handles (via different firmware's available) all size helicopters, quads and planes with the same level of performance.
  • Built-in RPM governor.
  • One built-in sat connector with smart bind (no bind plug nor PC needed to bind).
  • You can connect a second sat via an adapter.
  • Handles all serial output receivers (HoTT, SRXL, SBUS/SBUS2, JR XBus Mode B and Mode A, PWM sum of course, plus DSM2 and DSMX sats), one wire per channel receivers are supported through an adapter (e.g. SBUS.)

Helicopter Features

  • 9 Axis gyro system.
  • Very small and light.
  • Breakthrough new algorithms.
  • Ultra-fast calculations.
  • Unique performance and new flight feel.
  • New rescue mode with pitch management.
  • Dynamic select: three predefined flight types.
  • Setup and tuning as simple as possible.
  • Receiver auto-configuration.
  • RPM Governor auto-configuration.
  • Supports all cyclic servos.
  • Supports all tail servos.

Multi-Rotor Features

  • 9 axis gyro system for Multi-rotors.
  • Breakthrough stabilization algorithms.
  • Specifically developed for Multi-rotors.
  • Remarkable reliability and stability.
  • Self-leveling flight stabilization.
  • Setup and tuning as simple as possible.
  • Software user interface is adapted to Multi-rotors.
  • Supports all ESCís.

Airplane Features

  • 9 axis gyro system for all types of RC airplane.
  • 4 channels (2 ailerons, 1 elevator and a rudder).
  • Advanced specific algorithms for planes.
  • Provides extreme stability and smooth flight.
  • Automatically maintains heading and altitude.
  • Removes effects of Wind.
  • Simplify's all flight sequences.
  • Simplify's acrobatic tricks.
  • Automatic torque roll mode.
  • Gives confidence to beginners.
  • Facilitate Learning.
  • Setup and tuning as simple as possible.
  • Software user interface is adapted to planes.

Uuaahhh very beatifull
First congratulation for newborn
one question
can I use flybar rotor,or is only for flybarless rotor?
I,d like read the manual, can I have it is?

Thanks a lot

They are for flybarless helis. You could possibly just use the tail servo output from the controller but that would be an extreme waste, you would get none of the benefits of the advanced features of the controller. Better/cheaper to just use a normal tail gyro.

Thanks jet, but i'd like use rescue saver because, same use as spyrit fbl system, I'm a begginer-intermediate pilot and I wont like crash my trex600n

if you only have this controller working for tail servo, the only rescue is your thumbs you will need to set up your heli to be flybarless and connect controller so it works with all servos on the swashplate and tail. hope that helps.

Yeah, if you want the rescue function and all the other 'clever' stuff that this controller is capable of then the heli must be flybarless. .. It is a flybarless controller after all.

Conversion is cheap these days.

Of course it's not expensive but flybarless rotor+ flybarless paddle+flybarless controller it's more expensive than flybarless controler only.
Maybe in the future I'll buy complete kit but now I cannot

Hi motoraton,

There is a small possibility such that they support flybarred helicopters; indeed, a similar controller Spirit flight controller (a little more expensive, made in Czech Republic) supports both types:
http://www.espritmodel.com/spirit-fl...ss-system.aspx

which permits a hands-off flight:
Spirit fbl hands off in the fog (1 min 8 sec)

Oh, you know the Spirit FBL. Pardon me.

The heli in the video is flybarless... I'd be surprised if you got the self leveling and bailout functionality when using it in Flybar mode (but i could be wrong)

Pardon me for my wrong knowledge; the Spirit system concerning hands-off hovering is available only for flybarless helicopters.

On the other hand I know from the wiring diagrams in Helifreak that only serial receivers are available for Neurons?

This sounds like just what I'm looking for and with a barometer as well.I wonder if we'll see one with GPS functionality in the future. This is much cheaper than anything on the market at present.

Guys..flybarless paddle?? What are y'all talking about? flybarless rotor doesn't need paddles

You just need FBL HEAD AND CONTROLLER. That is it. You can use your existing rotor blades and the rest of the heli...

Flybarless paddle....

I think once you add GPS the price will increase significantly to between $300-$400.
