My LHS has 1/8" plywood in 12" by 24" and 12" by 48" sheets.

Check Midwest.

Try Balsa USA, or Lone Star. They usually carry ply in 48" lengths and I think up to 24" widths. You can get 1/64" in 48" x 48" sheets if you need that size for foam wings. Most of the suppliers advertise in RCM,MAN or other magazines.
Good luck,
Frank
