yea I need the front fuselage so I can see what size doll ( pilot ) I need to get at Toy's-r-Us..LOL

Hey Bob.. what should be the thrust line of the motor be relative to the wing angle.? ,, and if I read your post right..the incidence on the bottom wing is different from the top.? and thinking only will need control's on the top wing and not the bottom. just for grins on a wing that big, may also do flaps.LOL

As I recall the bottom wing is ZERO with the H Stab but the Top wing is~ 3deg
I keep fiddling with the Top wing incidence and it still flys so
I have no major conclusions to offer there.

Neither have any controls on my smaller BeeBipe.
Just a sloppy floppy 3 channel.

Pilot Doll !?!? I'm thinking MINIONS !!!

Speaking of Minions, I was trying to figure out if these would be the correct size to fit the Judi:

He gives NO SIZE so I guess you'll have to write or call him
and let us all know :-)

Asked Keith about their size in an email. The Minion figures are 2" x 3".

I have finally remembered my BIG WHEEL vid taken back on Dec 11.
Just been busy I guess.

Anyway here is a Vimeo video of my Biplane version Beeker
with those Huge Multilplex Wheels !

I discovered a new "trick" ..
Just let it roll with full power until you've had enough bouncing and
THEN yank the elevator back full as you Zoom off into the WBY.

Ok maybe Trick is a misnomer, eh ;>}

Regardless Big Wheels can be fun to play with .
Any larger or heavier and I'd have to UPSIZE the motor.

All my vids are here www.vimeo.com/bobneitzke

Merry Christmas to all

Bob

As you could easily see Winter is upon us with brown colors.

Thankfully the Snow and cold temps have NOT descended on us yet.
Looks like it's gonna be a NON White Christmas.
Temps were near 50 F day

I may have to upgrade my power choice with all that WING and those draggy Wheels.
Plus I have some new FPV equipment coming so it's going to get heavier yet.

Have you tried SKIPPING those wheels across the water yet ?

You know, like the Bush pilots do.

in this vid and others like it

As far as "skipping" on the water, I'm waiting for El Nino' to show up,and dump on us this winter and then try skimmin' the puddles at the park I fly at.

Below are a couple of my favorite videos of water flying. Click on this guys YouTube channel (RanchPilot)for some awesome videos.

Water Wings (3 min 41 sec)

Bob, Is that the biplane made from your plans in post #83? Has any one tried a V-tailed version of your biplane? Thank you.
