Wow. I'd love to see one of these close up... like in my shop! Are you using a JF80 shroud as a stand?

Thank you my friends

Hi caps,

i'm very proud to bring it to good end with this fan.
Here we tried a lot of different motors, but didn't get the right performance out of all this 56-58mm motors.

Here the power level is overloading most of them, and if they had no issue with the power, they had poorly performances :-(

Was a long way to design a custom build motor and to get it into a serial solution!
But now we have the best 130mm fan on earth ( it's the only one :-D )
On the bench we had 13,2 - 13,5 kilos of thrust at 14s and 180-186 Amps, pending on the voltage of the single cells.

And the motor was pretty cool, even without the fins! It was just a security issue to add fins also, just to get a good feeling selling this beast to the consumer!

AND YES, it's an 80mm shroud :-)

AND we already got more than 15 kilos (33 lbs) out of it at 14s, just using another motor of this series.
But here we have again to develope and evaluate how to get a serial solution.
Personal i think that the 15,5 - 16 Kilo isn't an issue, pending on the cells and motor.

So my friends, keep whoooshing and whoooshing and whoooshing and .....

BR Rainer
