That will be very nice. It appears you have some inside information. Why haven't you shared it until now?

There is also a 18ch receiver on the Futaba page. Rx has two power leads, would be a great alternative for the 6014hs and power box arrangement.

I was wondering about that RX... is that a CAR RX? or a dual power supply RX... not familiar.

The 7018 RX is designed for large planes with dual power feeds. The giant scale folks are partial to that type of set up.

A fellow who lives in Japan posted that the writing in the add says this:

18SZ
18 Channels 16 +2
LED Touch Screen
Selectable Language
SBus servo program
Conditions
Multicopter

Not to state the obvious but this is finally the long awaited replacement for the 12FG. I again need to stress the word "finally" as the FX32 came out a looooonnnnnggggg time ago. Now I am glad I held on to my 8FG and didn't jump onto the 14SG too quickly. Time to start saving my pennies.

Futaba works at its own pace...

Now to find a good argument to convince my wife ... "upgrade the 14SG to the 18SZ and give the 14SG to my son...

He currently doesn't have a radio since he has been flying using a buddy box

I think it is closer to the 12Z than the FG. If it has the programming of the FX-32 PLUS a color touch screen!!! then I think it is more radio than the 12FG was.

It appears to lack 2 of the sliders the 18MZ has, the center dial on the 18MZ is gone too. Can't wait to get the details!!
