How are you achieving the internal and surface structure of the wing? Is that some sort of custom slicer configuration?

no no, this must be modeled in CAD software, look I attached a picture.

How about the cost and time, did you print them section by section, given the loooooong time and cost, does it really make sense to build plane by print?

You buy the file from him and print it yourself cost is actually minimal

I tried to buy this online but always ended up with a fatal error. Never made it to paypal screen.
Could you publish a single wing piece as a sample before purchase to see if my printer will be able to make a useable copy?

This is going to be challenging. First off the free slicers will not work. Add 150 for Simplify3d to the bill.

I think these $10 airplanes are going to cost closer to $200

I guess its only money lol

The free slicer will work if you downloaded the files made for your printer. I had a similar issue and contacted 3dprintlabs and he changed the file for my slicer. With that being said I did print it with the free slicer, but in the end I purchased the Simplify3d software. Once I bought it and practiced in it, I can not believe I was ever able to print using the free slicer. It is a wonderful program.
