A-4 Skyhawk - updated

Been working on this one for a while in collaboration with "speedy01", and am very happy with the results.

Four paint schemes:
- Fleet aircraft from the USS Bon Homme Richard - great ship name
- Blue Angels number 1
- Camouflaged with Israeli Air Force markings
- New Zealand "Kiwi" (added 4/2018)

Enjoy, rick p

PS: You may install these models in either the Phoenix Test or Normal Menus.
To install them in Phoenix Test Menus, unzip the non-PKG files to your PhoenixBuilder\Test\Models directory.
To install them in Normal Phoenix Menus, unzip and install the PKG files as Phoenix updates.

Phoenix Sim multiplayer. They wanted to know if you use a user created plane, if others in multi play would be able to see that plane. The answer given was no, if they dont have it downloaded, they only see your name.

Thanks BadAxe - my mind was reading "multi" as "multi-engine" vice "multi-player".

This forum is particularly fortunate to have a wizard like Rick so unselfishly "producing" what we want/need?

Thanks (once again!), Rick for the Skyhawk. My RC flying bud is an ex USN Skyhawk driver, and I have a home-boy connection to the Blue Angels here in Pensacola, so very much appreciate your hard work modeling and painting this airframe. Also thanks for all the off-line communication, teaching, and fielding my many Phoenix questions. You are very much appreciated.

Excalibur Glider

Oh man - said if on the last glider and will say it again - these things are so cool I'm gonna have to get one.

That said, just bought a UMX Cub instead, so guess I'm not yet committed to the glider concept.

Three screenshots - 3d model in Blender, ready to fly in Phoenix Builder, flying in PhoenixRC.

Enjoy, rick p

Any hope of an Elevon only foamie jet? I had mentioned RCpowers because thats what I like to build. But would love to have a foamie jet that behaves similar in my Phoenix Sim. And even if you can't, thanks for all you do for the people here in this forum. I know I truly appreciate it.

Ok here is my progress so far on the ZMR.
Just to be clear, this is rickp's version that I have worked on to try to get it closer to the real thing.
It does have self level if you set up a switch to toggle flybarless mode.
It's not perfect by any stretch of the imagination but it is a start.
I am not real happy with the sound but that is probably the last thing I should obsess over.
I would also like the throttle to be a bit more responsive but I have yet to figure that out.
I have it set up quite aggressive so if it is too responsive go in to
model
edit
detailed
model
fine tuning

and drop the pitch and roll rates down until you are happy.
Once again thanks rickp for the work you are doing and for allowing me to mess with it.
