I have done before, but a few years back. It's 20 mins from me. I am going back out there, hopefully next week, if we get a low wind day. Been breezy, except for real early the past couple of weeks. Still been out though, flying park flyers and such nearly everyday. Just get up early, best time of day.

Same fuselage, but with staggered bi-plane wings. That could be cool!

Extreme Flight / Legacy Aviation doesn't appear to have one, but could easily mash together their Muscle Coupe and Muscle Bipe!
But rather than wait, I went ahead and created one for Phoenix.

Unzip and install the pkg file and you'll find "EF Muscle Coupe Bipe" in the electric list.

I REALLY love your Beechcraft Staggerwing, and now this...?!
Your works are SO irresistible, Master Rick .

Thank you...

As are your flying sites, Master Dadik!

A fun challenge trying to successfully take off and land on the narrow road of your KAB site.
I've torn the wings off the Muscle Coupe Bipe more than once.

Glad you are enjoying the Muscle Coupe Bipe, and thank you for sharing your sites during this trying time.

.pxv files

Hi fellow aviators

Once again I am asking for help. I would like to install all of "Whoppers" and others variants. I am putting the pxv.file into: c:/users/dein Name/documents/PhoenixRC/variants/fixedWing as recommended but they never show up anywhere. Am I doing this right?

Regards to all

Hi Skillful,

The only pxv file I found on my system was an F8F Bearcat in the downloaded schemes area.
The video below shows how to change schemes. Perhaps that's where your variants are hiding.

FYI, what I'd call variants are var files, and are generated when you edit a model in Phoenix.
This video shows me selecting different Cap 232 variants.

Let us know, please, if any of this helped. Cheers, rick

"Rasterized" FliteTest Mini-Mustang and Spitfire

I just love Rasterize's beautiful paint schemes!
He's kind enough to share them with us, so I've updated the Mini-Mustang and Spitfire with his art work.
Their respective posts (#2995 and #2798) have the new schemes and pkg files, which are also here for convenience.

Memorial Day Salute

It seems appropriate to acknowledge those around the world who go in harms way to project the rest of us.
To that end, here's a WW-II era Gotha Go.244 transport in a Deutsches Rote Kruez paint scheme.
Of interest, perhaps, the Go.244 was derived from the Go.242 transport glider.
What a way to go to battle - gliding down hoping to land somewhere relatively safe. Yikes!

Be smart and stay safe, my friends!

Thanks for the positive comment, littleoak. One never knows how things will be received.

And if you like history, wait until you see the model Naga is working on.
He always has something with a significant background, and I don't think we'll be disappointed.

Cheers, rick
