New motors?

I just ordered two of the #18 motors for experimentation...their stats look interesting. #5 could also be a possibility, but it is a low voltage model that looks like the GWS IPS motor. This fellow travels, so be patient.

Is it possible that the code 03Sep85 on the #18 motor means that it was produced on Sept. 3, 1985? Would be great if we were talking about a bottle of red wine.

DNA,

Yeah, I thought it looked like an 050, but I figured I'd drop $7 on two of them to see what they were about. That Canon motor looks good, too.

I received the techmax motors today. I haven't had time to mess with them, but I plan to run them with various cells and props to gauge their usefulness. The following photo shows them with a few other motors for reference.
