Thread OP

help me find the C.G. of a fuselage

I have constucted my first scracth built fuselage and now I need help to find my C.G. for this fuselage. I'm not sure about this but when I'm done am I suppose to find the the balance of my plane using the fuselage C.G. for the wing C.G.?

Hi there Xoon,
Generally the plane's CG is determined by the wing, not the fuse.
A rough estimate of this for a plain wing (no sweep, no taper) is 25% of the distance from the leading edge to the trailing edge. This is where the whole plane should balance. There's a lot more to it than this but it's a start.
