That is so tempting. If I hadn't bought your sprinter she would be mine.

Saving?,saving???

Well Mike, I don't seem to be saving much but my habit is downsized some.
I'm not looking for the 26 but if one should pop up I'll certainly be panting and drooling.
Your DG-600 sent me over the edge and w/ MPX servos installed and RTF it was just TOO Good to pass up.Might actually get to fly it today!(Left the wing rod at home on sat. )
Oh and I do have the wing for the 'Lucky'.
And I hate to rant but is Hitec Ever gonna bring us the goods!?
Skies...
Jay.

Hi
If your are in any doubt about purchasing this plane then I can vouch for it's capabilities.

Already having a Flamingo, I have to say it's a dream to fly. Mine flew straigtht off the board without any correction needed.
A smashing plane and flies comfortably in a light breeze to a 40mph wind.

If you want a plane that suits varying conditions and looks great in the air, then this is the plane for you.

Happy flying.

Hey Jay,
I have the DG 600 and it's the nicest flying bird I own. I just love this thing. Your going to love yours. I just picked up a new in box Alpina 2001 from an older gent that quit flying. Got it for $150.00 Canadian. That put a huge grin on my mug. Got a big honking Aveox for it. Should be sweet.
Good luck with yours eh.
PDX Slope Pilot is a good guy to deal with.

Cheers,
Ron.

PDX,
got the message...I'm stoked!
SS,
I have No doubts re: the Flamingo, sen some locals fly them 10+ yrs. ago.
Hog,
150.00 CD for an Alpina!!!???
How can you even think of chopping the nose for a motor
(I'm doomed-here I go again)
I'll give you $300.00 US shipped to 94541 (provided it's nib).
As for the DG-600, do you use full span camber/reflex? Flap/aileron coupling?
I really dig flying mine also.I need to play with the setup and CG so it will roll smoothly though.
Off I go
Skies.
Jay.
P.S. ...SS I'm sure it's just a language thing but I kinda cringe with that " smashing good plane" bit

Jay,
Re. Dg. coupled flaps with aileron is the only way to go. I love the crow brakes on this bird. I fly mine at the slope and we have a little getty that juts out into the sea for a landing area but you have to nail it as it's only about 100 square feet but the air is super clean so you can just parachute it in. It's so cool watching it just hover in.
Re.Alpina it's not scale so it doesn't bother me to put a motor in it. The cool thing is that the wings are the same as the ash 26. Anyone have a fuselage they want to part with?

Cheers.

That's right. I flew both my ASH and ALpina with the wings of the ASH, after I smashed up the Alpina's wings on a mishappen winch launch....
