NIce gimbal video- nice parameters question

Fisherman - Octocopter - GoPro (1 min 6 sec)

I have a question, what kind of parameter I should adjust to delete these kind of movements about the gimbal?

The gimbal is in the front of propellers and doesn't take the wind from.

I don't understand why I can't have a nice and smooth video.
