A tire mold will be a 3pc mold but I recommend SBR foam like on-road cars instead.

This was an interesting piece, GPV1 Swing Arm Stop.

I still have to do the spacers and servo mounts, but I'm just about ready to start putting the chassis together.

It will interesting for you when you have a blank screen and you need to make something from nothing and have it be original.
After you make some more practice parts and get them all related and tolerenced you should start a new bike of your own design and try to solve some design issues. Post your progress here and get some feedback. It will be like the real thing in a way because we will tell you how it is. Do that a few times and make working prototypes and you can do just about anything.

Actually I have several original designs in various states of completion...I've been drawing parts I have in order to learn the software.

My other stuff that I haven't shown yet was done in 3DS Max and more technical...so it will be a while before i get to it. The first 'original' design you'll see from me is a 1/5 Moto3 Chassis.

Just for the record though, I never claimed these designs as my own, I wouldn't do that...

True, Chris -- my apologies. I know you put a lot of work into those bikes.

more work on kobayashi san's design, still a bit to go, working large to small on my masses, things are lining up quite nicely though, this is a fun bike to build, I really do want to own one of these bikes someday.

and for a change of pace, a turntable camera view from maya.
