What benefit does the X8C offer over the X5C other than being larger? Altitude hold? GPS?

Sorry if this is a dumb noob question, I'm a noob! When you say it's already deviated, does that mean you are using it with Walkera Devo transmitter? I've seen suggestions that the X5C-1 can be controlled by a Devo but everything I've read says no..

Any change you can point me to some instructions I search these forums and googled it and didn't come up with anything. I just got my LadyBird and Devo F4 so I think I have up to date gear / firmware..

[edit]I guess I didn't see the 'Beta' so I may need that huh?[/edit]

Look at:

http://www.deviationtx.com/forum/pro...-x12?start=180

I don't think the F4 is deviationTX compatible

Hey,
I'm a new member of this forum and just singed up.
Have read the topic and now I'm waiting for some more reviews of the Syma x8c.
Some reviews of the lifting capacity would be great.
At the moment I have the Syma x5c but looking for something bigger for beginner arial video

So actually I wanted to share some interesting pics I found on gearbest.

I would like to try a quad with brushless motors. Is there a current frontrunner for best value quad with brushless motors?

I'd say Cheerson CX-20 is the cheapest way if you want a RTF brushless.

Or you can buy cheap $30 glass/carbon fiber frame and add your own electrics.

$300 from USA warehouse. I really haven't looked at that level of play yet. But that is probably not bad with gps and all.

I wouldn't mind building one at some point.

Also the Flying 3D X6 for 200$ even better price then the cheerson cx-20.
I'm going to buy a new quad and thinking of syma x8c, yi zhan tarantula x6 or the only brushless motor quad in my list Flying 3D X6.
What for would you go ?

Depends if you want a RTF package or something that you can build and use your own RX and TX. These might be canditates for the latter option
