Almost forgot to post some details:

Wingspan is about 60cm
Weight about 150g (depending on the Motor and the Accu)
Servos: 5g Type
Motor: Jürgen uses a 10g Brushless with 2000KV like the HXT 1811-2000
together with a 6A-10A ESC and a 5x3 to 6x3 GWS propeller
Accu: 2S 500mAh

In my opinion it flies good with this motor, but for me personally it is underpowered,
so I´m still playing arround with other motors.

There is a 15g version of that motor. Then again, you can go 3S!

Also tried the 3S Version.
But there you get in trouble with the CoG.
Next I´m trying the
Turnigy Aerodrive SK3 - 2118-3100kv Brushless Outrunner Motor

I am working on the LISA just now and have the layout complete for the SeaJet. completed.

200% SeaJet on 5 ea full sheets of 6mm depron $69 + shipping to USA only
200% LISA will be 3 full sheets of 6mm and $59 + shipping to USA only.

PM if there is any interest.

Thanks Toby, for the thread!

Many thanks and greetings go to RustyGunn from Alaska. The Judis depend on his idea for the Judi Jetstream from 2008. See remark on the plans.
I liked the carton style of his design and I got the permission to make the plans and an article for the German "FMT-Magacine" including the plans for free download.
Here is the link to RustyGunn`s Thread

https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=883712

Also thanks to Bob, birdofplay, for making the CNC-Depron-Parts.

Powerplant.........

The suggested motors like the HXT 1811-2000 10g / 2000kv are enough for sport like flying as you can see in the Judi Jetstream video.
Judi Seajet withh this motor you can see in this vid from the first flights from water.

Judi geht ............. baden ;.) (2 min 35 sec)

In the FMT-Judi Seajet vid above, I have mounted a Tiger-Motor,
MT 1306-3100 with a GWS 4,5x4 prop. With a GWS 5x4.5 are takeoffs from gras possible. Another, cheaper alternative is the Turnigy 1811-2900, or the one Toby posted above.
Other, heavier motors will bring problems to get the CG without putting a bigger battery to the plane. So the AUW will rise with less flying caracteristics.

When placing the servos, be shure to set ail/ele 6mm up for normal position.
CG range is up to 10mm back, as shown in the Seajet plans.

You did a great job on your builds! As seen in the LISA thread too.
Looking forward to see more of both.

Wow, found this thread by accident on Wednesday this week and on a whim ordered the kit. $20 plus $8 shipping and gets cut and mailed Thursday and shows up on my doorstep this afternoon! Beautiful cutting and excellent packaging! To say I'm impressed is an understatement. Really great product and customer service.

Now I have to go over the plans, buy some CF and get some electronic gear ordered. Not sure how best to glue it together, the German build site shows them using UHU Por, not readily available around these parts.

Will probably build it as a non seaplane.
