Nighttime Tamiya run

All those LEDs were no use for the ancient gopro sensor. Modern camera sensors are lightyears ahead of this.

Good results were still a matter of ambient light.

The speed was either 9m30s/mile or 11min/mile. It's either a limitation of the RPM accuracy or the ESC accuracy. At 10Hz, the RPM can be known to 18.75 turns/minute, but the speed was either 487 or 423rpm. The uphill section was slightly slower than the downhill section even though the target RPM on it was higher, showing not a sensing issue but an ESC issue. The timer could also be wrong. The feedback isn't averaging over time, as hoped.
