My current order not processed?

I have current order with GearBest. Ticket T15101309601 refers I have placed and paid for the goods on 27/09/2015 already This ticket # T15092603560 make reference to my inquiry as to progress on the order. Your response on 07/10/2015 hereunder this writing - I do not understand why it takes so long to ship the goods? 27/09/ >> 11/10 ~14 days. Please advise what the problem is why you don't send my order?? According to your last response the goods will be shipped asap. What is then the hold-up? Please, I have paid immediately on placement of order. I expect you to honour and deliver this order with the same enthusiasm as when you accepted my order and money. It is really uncool for you not to keep me informed of progress on this matter. I expect a proper answer as to when I can expect the order to be shipped. Hello I placed an order on Friday morning and selected the U.S. Warehouse. I noticed on this site that orders placed from the U.S. Site would ship in 24 hours. This is the reason I ordered through your site as I need this product by Saturday for a birthday. Can you please advise when it will be shipped?
