Got around 690 meters of range without a single glitch in controls. Possibly more with better FPV equipment!

FPV reception got bad at 690 meters. Later I recognized that the Stingpad patch antenna came loose. Maybe during transport!?

Now it is raining, will try it again when the weather gets better!

Maybe two patch antennas would be better for such a kind of range test! Any suggestions for better FPV antennas?

Funny thing is that I've been out, with the intent of posting about this problem, only to get back, power it up and the LED is solid and bound. Weird.
I'm 99% certain I powered it down after using the R4EH-G method.

Jym73, what method did you use to bind the Rx?

Hi guys, I have the same issue as described here: my R6FG Rx will bind with my RC4G Tx, but loses its bind after power down. Does anyone know if this can be solved?

@Tommygunn: has your R6FG Rx been holding its bind consistently after the initial issue?

New Radiolink receivers and a adapter cable to connect the driving battery to telemetry receiver for voltage!

Adapter cable:

R4FGM for micro cars

R7FG, 600m advertised. I got 700m, couldnt go further because I have lost FPV signal. I have posted the vid in this thread.

R8F, advertised 1900m on the ground! I dont have one, couldnt test it! And my FPV equipment wouldnt go so far!

Yes! I like the adapter cable. Its not only useful for the Radiolink telemetry.

Its nice to have if you need a power source from the driving battery. No soldering, just plug it in and you can connect for example the FPV gear.
