Park Hawk gears are actually not known for stripping easy. I've sold hundreds of them with very few reports.
If it's the smaller black gear that stripped, it's likely that the gear mesh was too loose between it and the motor pinion. This mesh is slightly adjustable and should be set so that only a small amount of play can be felt. The alternative is that the gear mesh was too tight.
With the gear mesh set properly you can expect over a hundred flights without incident. I'd suggest you replace the gear and then advertise the bird in ready-to-fly condition without the comment on the gears stripping easily.
Just my suggestion.
By the way, that's a rare white frame early generation Park Hawk.
