Thrust vectoring

Next question: How to add thrust vectoring to this jet? I assume it is not designed for TV in its stock configuration, or?

Cheers,
Henrik

The Guy from fantastic jet told me it will be available in january
I think it won't be a good idea to make it without Landing Gear
As the total Weight Would be around 15 lbs at least or more!!!without talking about the size....
U'd Better get a really good bunjee launcher lol!!

This could be the basis for a really nice scale project!

Thanks for the pics SJ! I looks really good. A pair of 80mm fans might be happier with the long intakes. The LE flaps should be top hinged...dont like the edge gap presented to airflow over the top of the wing (no those are not proper slots). Im sure it will still work though. Everything else looks great and incredible craftsmanship. Printed covering looks really nice.

Regarding little design flaws: As far as I know, "they" promised to beautify / finish the design, with several little improvements over this prototype which hasn't flown a meter yet.

well they won't have to do much...it looks pretty great. I don't love the simplified main gear retraction, but at least it will be reliable. If an owner was crafty...they could probably engineer the scale rotating retracts on a plane this size.

Sounds from the description that it is vinyl wrapped

Too bad the vinyl wrap cannot be installed on the foam planes. The foam planes have made great steps and now they need a "slick" covering.....I had thought a lightweight but tough vinyl covering would work. Replaceable panels to fix crash damage. Might be too expensive to manufacture however.

Keep in mind that the 700 Euros quoted include 19% Value Added Tax, i.e. the net price is 588 Euros.

The plane should also be carried by Ripmax.
