Traveling to Germany next month and I would like to take my Quadcopter because I will staying in the countryside near Seigen. Are there any issue I should be concerned about as far as traveling there and back with my quadcopter.

You talking about flight from US to Germany or regulation in germany?

Model flyers insurance is mandatory in Germany.
If you don't have a model flyers insurance that covers you abroad, then I guess you would have to technically fly under supervision of someone insured.

Regular safety rules of course apply. AFAIK there is no general height limit.
Also keep in mind that technically most land is private even if it's not fenced in. Of course, ask for forgivness not permission, but also don't be a dick. Even gras is a crop.
