Jim
The Big Bird and Big Bird II (low-wing version -- first plane I built) were mods of the Joe Bridi "Big Birdy" glider:

- wing was cut down to 84" from 99"
- tail was built from 1/4" sticks instead of the original 3/16"
- new fuse (obviously)

Having the kit makes it super-easy because you get to start with completely cut / sanded wing parts -- the rest of the build is a cinch. I have 2 Big Birdy kits that I would like to sell before the urge to build them overtakes me.

They are pristine and unopened and I will let them go for $120 each (shipped / 48) or $100 LPU in NYC or Queens (NY) if anybody is interested.

Cheers,
Gabe

Cool stuff and thank you for sharing.

Any chance there is a Super Sportster in your RCM collection?

Thanks,

It would help if they were all on Outerzone, too. That seems to be the go-to place, the main clearinghouse.
