Yup, I'd buy one.

It's been a favorite for years!

Almost 2 years after starting this thread I'm still dreaming of this.

Please, Horizon, make it so!

These (F4F) would sell better than hotcakes! Yes I'd have to get a couple Wildcats in this size, paint them like I have my PZ F4F Wildcat and Martlet.

I have the one pictured. it's a sweet flier. I would absolutely buy a 1S UMX with a brushed motor. I don't need the BL thingy. I know how to replace the brushed motors. I want it light!

F4F is so pretty!

An ESC does not add as much weight as you may think it does. For example, with the Sport Cub S, the BL setup is actually lighter: https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/show...&postcount=693

Exactly! In my opinion it's one of the most beautiful planes Horizon has ever released. I had the larger version and it just flew beautifully. I regret selling it but I know it went to a nice chap. Now I'm trying to find another one. I would be so happy if Horizon made a micro version or any new version for that matter.

Mine has been hanging around in the man cave for many years. I've only flown it twice. Both times a March Hawk got a after it. As luck would have it, the F4F is faster than the March Hawk.

It's one of my favorite RC planes.

I flew my F4F over a dozen sorties today, only a falcon would have been faster. Not sure if even that once I change to the 2 blade prop!

Seriously, a UMX 2s F4F WIldcat about the same wingspan as the P-47 would be a dream come true. I'd grab 2 of them immediately!

I know this dream plane would make my purchase list pretty quick.

Horizon, are you guys listening? A Wildcat would probably be your biggest UMX seller ever!

Yes! Horizon, if you make a UMX Wildcat I promise to buy two of them the very second they are released.

If we can get enough interest shown in this thread I'll email Horizon with a link and see if we can convince them to do this
