The cat looks like it was designed by Josway using parts from the DF65. It does not look to me as being designed by the Gang Of Three. Just look at those sails and the completely unnecessary central CF tube...

Can someone confirm/deny this, please?

Sorry, someone referred by "gang of three" to Mike Weston, Mark Dicks and John Tushingham, the team that designed the DF65 in partnership with Josway. It stuck in my head...

RC catamarans have generally lower masts, to prevent capsizing, which is very easy at this scale...

Still it is pretty and I'm tempted to add one to my fleet...Chuck, can you write up for the group a review and video as soon as yours arrive ?

The dimensions seem to be just a typo...you'll figure which measurement is which

The sails do look sad, but thats a quick fix and it just might be that the sails in the picture aren't the same youll receive in the box

The Gang of three took one of the prototypes and tested it, we proposed some changes which were incorperated including rig changes

One's on its way to Calgary AB Canada. I shall use it to hunt down the two Dragon Force 65's floating in our waters....

Beam and height dimensions are mis-matched and needs to be switched. It's about 15 inches wide and has a mast height of about 45 inches. Center carbon tube is needed for general sail trim, back stay (on a cat ???) and jib boom attachment.

Looks like it fits within the M65 Class Rules........... so hopefully cat sailors won't have to put up with the BS of the monohull, and they will forget about pushing it as a "one design".

So what's wrong with a one design?...yeah dimensions are a typo.
