the battery is not 100%. I just carried it around to see if it still worked.

Hey y'all

After swapping frame and left hiatus for a year now, I finally assembled my X8.

Problem is, I messed up the motor sequence plugging into the FC.

Anyone can show me the right way to do it?

Btw, it's still running on original firmware.

Thanks DTexan, the first pic helps a lot!

It shows that:
Front left motor goes to M1
Rear left motor goes to M2
Rear right motor goes to M3
Front right motor goes to M4

Hope my eyes traces the wires correctly.

I'll post again after I reconnected everything.

You're welcome. I've got more pics, but only of closer detail of the circuit boards and solder connections...checking for corrosion- mine was upside down and outside in a tree for about a year....soo, I thoroughly went through it. But, the last flight it quit responding with the transmitter...(few months passed, my mom told me it might have been shot with a pellet gun- neighbor said he "took care of a spy".... I was flying at night...
I spent a week the first time..even drained a pond (pumped out-took over 6 hrs with a 4" trashpump)- wasn't spending any more time hunting..saw where it went down, but it's on private property and I'm not getting shot hunting a $200 quad... It's Texas....we have guns, and we protect our property...night time is NO time to tresspass.

Duuudee... A year?? It's amazing you found it still!

Update on my X8; it's wobbly. I guess it's due to the foldable props or the foldable frame. I am going to reuse the old props and see how it goes.
