Eflite - Yuneec FPV all in one solution

Horizon, can you please answer how this can be considered a FPV platform yet there is a .8 sec lag and when the cgo1 is purchased with the 350 qx2 it specifically says to not use the quad as a fpv vehicle. Why does there seem to be a discrepancy between the two?
