Which teams are arriving at the 2014 WC early and when ?

It looks like I will arrive at Martin July 8th if all goes according to plans - I think the Swiss team will also be there around the same time -

Who else is going to be at Martin early ?

Kiwi team is departing NZ around the 2nd through to the 3rd. That should put us close to Martin on the Tuesday or Wednesday.
See you all next week.

I have a 4 hour layover in Prague 1:40 to 7:15 - if anyone else is laying over at that time ping me and we can meet for beers !

launch low, fly high
Flew on the field today mid-day. Wind calm except for thermal influence. Some rather strong lift/sink. It is good to start recalibrating myself as I am used to flat winter conditions. Kind of different to just jump into very active summer air after a lot of practice in really flat air. The landing can be really difficult to get right due to the rapidly changing air near the ground. Sometimes 45m of altitude at 30s to go is not enough...

Amsterdam - 12 hours from there to Martin....

I could have just driven the 4 hours from Prague to Martin instead of flying but then I would need to be sober and my plan for the 8+ hour flight is plenty of liquids...
