As far as the Video goes it looks VERY PROFESSIONALLY DONE.
The MR looks to be very much in control.
VERY STABLE.
If everyone in the video was aware of the MR. and it appears so, THERE IS NOTHING WRONG AT ALL.

Questions:
Was the SAME MUSIC playing at the location, cause it is VERY IN SINK WITH THE DANCING?

CLOSING STATEMENT.
Yes there was a SLIGHT DANGER to the crowd.
Sure Hope NO ONE was injured DRIVING HOME.

If there were only adults, no biggie, but children are alwas a liability, I had the case several time, they try to catch the multi if it's too close the ground.
Same for dog, dogs are stupid.

Mark you sound like a Lawyer! You bring up some very cogent points.

I hear you Mark, what could POSSIBLY go wrong?

More dangerous to drive home, right?

Ya know, I love this hobby, have been flying MR's heavily and would love to go after shots like this. Problem is I've had hardware failures in the last 3 years of my M/R flying experience- have seen some crazy -head scratcher type stuff happen and I just don't trust even the latest MADE IN CHINA equipment to not fail and hurt someone. Now if it was made in TEXAS, then it would be a different story right? But seriously, I have too much to lose. I don't feel putting others at risk is worth the EGO BOOST I'd get by grabbing that EPOCH shot of a crowd.

-But hey Mark, thats just me man. Oh yea, and I'd like to see this hobby continue unregulated but I'm afraid because of operators like this, the FAA will eventually create a new FAR section for R/C.

That will hurt all of us.
