customer service is questionable, buyers beware
gregg from fpv tree racers broke this frame easily, the different bottom plate design could be questionable.

BeeRotor 250
recently many have been modifying this frame to be low profile, a good alternative to consider is the bee rotor 250 frame
http://rctimer.com/product-1540.html

it not only comes with a PDB with LEDS and built in BEC and wiring for signal wires and micro minim osd.
there are several tiny upgrades like better access to the standoffs, low profile for cleaner builds.

It's blackout v1. I.e. Blackout without the pdb.
It's awesome.

Can anyone post a pic of the blackout clone they actually revieved. From looking around the pic they show with the red parts may not be what you actually receive. . Thanks!

I got something similar from a seller "gadgetextreme" on ebay (which turned out to be goodluckbuy)

I was rather impressed with the overall quality. The cf weave was very nice compared to cf auto parts I've purchased, and the edges were smooth. I've yet to actually put it together, though. All the parts were there, down to the red spacers.

Well I priced getting that frame (the plans from untested prototype) cut out from different sources and it was over $300 for getting ONE done (and that's without the hardware)... so I would spend this in a heartbeat if it's any good...

I put mine together for some initial observations/inspections...

Still impressed with the overall quality of the cf. However, the nuts and bolts leave something to be desired. It did come with 1 extra bolt in each of the 2 sizes, and one extra nylock nut. The longer bolts to put the bottom and mid plates together are far too long. I got some cheap 1mm nylon washers from amazon to use as spacers, 3 of them seemed to create enough of a standoff to tighten the nylock nuts and not have a lot of wiggle room on the bottom plate.

It is this frame: http://untestedprototype.com/2013/09...t-mini-h-quad/

To satisfy my own curiosity, I grabbed my BO PDB to see how closely related they are, and they are very far apart. the BO PDB is longer, and slightly wider in some places. Holes don't line up really anywhere with any consistency, so don't plan on using them together.

For about $60, I think it's a pretty decent frame. Time will tell, though.
