My darling wife passed away on Friday the 23rd of May 2014 at 8:20pm at Campbelltown Hospital . The pain is now gone for her its only us left behind to feel it now. Thank you for 37 wonderful years and backing me in everything I did ,no one could ask for more. I'll miss you for ever till we meet again .

Steve,
I have never met you, and probably never will, but I'm sad to hear of your loss. They say you can throw a stone in the ocean and its ripples travel across the world.
Im off to do some Coastguard training here in NZ tonight. I will toss a stone over the side tonight.
The ripples may reach you.
The loss of a wife is real tragedy, one I dont want to ever experience.
Here in NZ we have a Maori Saying (google maori), it is "Kia Kaha" which roughly translates to "Stand Tall"

As felixx said,"I have never met you, and probably never will, but I'm sad to hear of your loss."
My wife of 20 years is still here but we're battling small-cell lung cancer and pulmonary embolisims as the result of chemo/radiation.....
She's strong willed but her family has a(not too good) history of this.
I am learning how to cook tho'!
A friend often reminds me, "tomorrow is not guaranteed, do your best today!"
And I too will toss a stone for you.....
Mike.

Passing is a patr of live. We all need to understand how valuable every day is with each other. Times like this are not easy and there is not much a guy can say to help ease the pain, Try to hang on to the good memories you shared and, you need to carry on with your plans that you and your wife made. It will give you something to focus on. Be strong for her as I am sure she would want you to do so. Placeing yourself around family and friends will also help a bit. Anyways you will be in our prayers.
God Bless.

Its been a tough couple of months for me ,but I'm coming out of the black hole now , thanks to many friends including all of the ones I've never met except on line . your friendship and kind words do make a difference . I continued to plan our next slope fest and I'm happy that results are good and every one is keen for another 10 days of flying down here.
Again thanks people .

It's good to hear that you are heading back towards the light.
I imagine it's what your beloved would wish.
