Firstly, thank you for providing info.
Few questions:

a) What's going to be the resolution of that screen?
b) Is this radio going to be an Android based radio that allows programming?
c) Since it's going to have video downlink built in, did they say what would be the quality of the video at GS level?
d) Can we connect digit Goggle to radio?

For point of reference, please take a look at page 5.

Thanks Leo!
I'll be following your channel for some flight tests, flight stability and the downlink video quality. I doubt it will match DJI LightBridge, but if we can use HD Goggle with F12e radio and get decent FPV video, that would be great.

I'm looking forward to this new multirotor.

yes CBVS port like other FPV transmitter.

3) Band?
It is 2.4ghz and 5.8gzh mixed. 2.4g to control the range,5 .8g to control the video.

4) What is the control transmitter range?
1km-2km 100mw

5) What is the video range
500m

6) what is the weight?
around 650g

7) Will it be a Android based radio that allows programming?

Thank you again Leo;
Man that resolution is LOW. I guess it's good enough for fashark to connect to, but not for highend HD goggle.
I guess they're trying to keep the price down.

Leo, based on these specs, what goggle would be best to be able to interface with?

The *Base* fastshark seems to be the right one, since we don't need any transmission and recording capability. Are there other choices that we're not buying stuff that can't be used?

Update: Don't you think the resolution and range limitation is going to impact the whole FPV solution offering? Let's say someone spends $1,500 on a H500 and another $500 on Camera and extra battery and $500 for a Goggle. At this point he has invested $2,500 in a system that he "expects" to have a great/good FPV experience and video recording. Do you think this video transmission solution meets that expectations?

Personally, H500 has been my choice for AV/AP by also using FPV to get my shots, but I think these specs falls real short of decent quality.
I just like to get your point of view.

hi Ben
Goggles are expensive, i wish they will come down in price with more competitors. In any case, if I were to pick one up these days, I will research on 32CH Diversity goggle, so they are compatible with various video transmitter or the Moverio BT-200. if anyone who wants to fly long distance, they should consider an external video receiver and transmitter. The Fatshark Attitude allows me to use an external receiver, so that will meet both needs. I think very soon the fpv transmitters will have a drv build-in, so you can record your telemetry or osd data without another piece of hardware. your shots will be 1080p or better, recorded at the camera end. you just need your goggle to compose your shots, and avoid flying into anything. you may also end up with diversity monitor running at the same time, as a backup.

I think Walkera was testing digital versus analog, but range may have been the limitation. i hope they will continue to invest in the research for quality as well as range. less to carry is always better, so all-in-one is good for under 500m. i believe at 500m your model is close to a dot from the distance. did you see the qr x350 pro with mission planner video? it flys very well if under 20 minutes is sufficient. you can use mission planner to fly your route, manage your camera and fly back, like a true UAV. ~Leo

Guys,

This handset supports telemetry, does that mean if you can interface your laptop or Droid with the handset then you'll get real time control over the Tali H500 or QR X350 Pro using Mission Planner?

I'm not sure about mirroring directly off the TX, but I just found this on the Walkera site: http://walkera.com/en/showgoods.php?id=2614

Nothing about mission planning, just getting that 5.8 into wifi along with an app that displays the video on the device.

Edit: Sorry, existing thread about this already here: https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/show....php?t=2184764
