Attempting to tap the servos was not working for me. I've removed the second flap servo mechanically and am getting better at chewing the servo cases apart quickly.

Will definitely wrap replacements with blue tape before installing. Masking tape seems to dry up and crumble with age.

I'm making a new thread for the Skizzo rehab to avoid cluttering this How-To thread...

I don't think that blue (painters) tape is a good idea. It doesn't stick good enough. If not a good quality masking tape (like 3m), then use something like Frog tape.

Please post the new link.

Plane_ Tec: Are you still adding build articles to your very helpful thread?

I did one for making wing tip joiners. The wing came as (4) 18" panels, and I made the wing with a center 36" center and 18" wing tips. This thread explains how built the joint. https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/show...ng-Tip-Joiners

Another mini-build thread I just did was for wing tip blocks. My reason for my method is to have the root of the wing tip block to have the correct camber by making a plywood rib first. This way the wing tip block starts with the correct airfoil and the aileron can be set after bagging and hinging to the correct camber. https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/show...ng-Tips-Blocks

I really need to sit down and clean up the links. I found a couple dead ones last time I checked. As well as add the additional links that have been posted.
I will try to make some time to get your link added . Thanks for the heads up!

You have done a great job with this thread. I have used many of the postings.

Tom f.

I wish some one else would post so I would no longer be the last post.

Plane_ Tech: If you'll ever found a time to clean up the links, as you mentioned above, I've made a video on how to make super simple but robust hinges.

Would be pleased if someone else will find it useful
