Point Forecast app

This is the little app to bring up the NWS Point Forecast for just about anywhere in the US. Two changes are incorporated:
1. You can now press "Get Forecast" after entering a site name, without needing to press "Look up" first.

2. Per Sheldon's suggestion, it now accepts one command-line parameter, such as SVSS or "SVSS". You'll need quotes if the parameter has a space in it. This lets you make a shortcut that passes a location as the first parameter. The program does the lookup, fires up a browser to NWS, then closes.
The program is in a zip file. Extract it to your desktop or wherever you prefer. The EXE within the zip file is digitally signed and contains no malware. Check the digital signature by right-clicking the EXE and choosing Properties. I'll make a formal installation kit next week.
