All new Bell 206 Jet Ranger fuse for Corona/LMH

I finally got this fuselage done. This is the newer LMH 206 Jet Ranger fuselage. Improvements: installation is easier, do not have to remove anything off the original stock setup. Fuselage seperates behind the rear passenger door, Make changing batteries in stock location easier and also to make electronic adjustments. More scalism better lines. With the older fuselage Corona owners would have had to make a minor rear crutch modification with the 206 Jet Ranger. The newer fuselage, there is no modifications required. My next project the Agusta 109/119 Koala is nearing completion.

more detail

Im adding more detail to mine. Added some detail to the air intake to particle seperator, added wire strike protection system, and added an antenna on the upper cowling. Also made cut outs for the exhaust stacks.

two parts?

Darth,

Are these two halves (like the stock canopy) with a seam along the length of the fuse?

The main fuselage is actually four pieces. Two fwd halves and two rear halves. The halves are joined together by a seperate seam strip that is glued down the center on the inside of the the halves. Its a pretty simple construction. I might install some clear plastic for the side windows then again its warming up leaving the windows open helps with cooling the electronics.

HI Darthdrk,

Would you be making any fuselage for Quick EP10? I'm looking for one that fits or that needs a little modifying to fit. Wonder if any of your LMH fuselage will fit. They look pretty sweet.

thanks,

More nice work Darth.

Moving over to the Scale forum.

Looks like Scale will be mostly EP though. We just don't get alot of IC action here.
