I'm thinking of getting on to fpv with djis new vtx offering but don't have much time to spare anymore (had a baby).
Last thing I flew (crashed) was a bix3.
I've been looking at zohd's offerings but they seem kind of frail.
Money isn't so much an issue anymore as time, which is in very short supply, which makes the zohd craft look attractive..
The Bix3 is still the latest in the series and is a great glider and fpv platform. Mine has been crashed a few times, once really badly, but it still flys beautifully.

Can't you repair the one you crashed rather than buy a new one ?

the BIX3 is still the latest Bixler iteration...

there is close-cousings of it like the SkyEye from Hobbyking wich is basically a 2m bixler 2.

If you want to move forward from the Bix3 and are looking outside its family .. i think the succesor would be the Volantex Ranger 1600 wich is for what i been told quite good ,its even more FPV oriented and has more room while not being much bigger

Can anyone point me to a replacement prop adapter (hk on backorder) and prop? I know the prop is 7x5 but is that cw or ccw?

I misplaced both in a move and really want to fly it again.

Preferably an Amazon link as I'm traveling to the US in 2 weeks and will just have it shipped to the hotel.

Thanks,

Mike

Hi folks,

I went on the field this afternoon and realize I lost one of the two clip/wing bolt used to lock the wings...
Do you know where I can find this spare part?? I couldn't find it on HK.

Seb

I contact the HK support (very fast answer).
The link for the wing bolt is HobbyKing™ Bix3 Trainer 1550mm - Replacement Wing Bolts
The search button is definitely not working well on the new HK site...
