Parkzone Sport Cub PNP/BNF

The full-scale Cub Crafters Sport Cub is an inspired reinvention of the Piper Super Cub that is introducing a whole new generation of aviators to the wonder and excitement of back country flying.

• Durable Z-Foam™ construction
• Oversized tundra tires

Finally !
I have watched so many videos of the Carbon Z Cub , while wishing for a smaller one from Parkzone .
Wishes do come true , thank you Parkzone for this new plane .

Parkzone may have produced what so many of us have modified our HBZ Super Cubs to be , what we wanted , with the upgrades , that Parkzone Sport Cub will now provide right out of the box .

LOL. believe me, i didn't expect anything new either. if anything, i was expecting a warbird but not for a few weeks.

i wonder if this will be a bit underpowered with the Mustang's power setup but it may just be sufficient.

I wonder why they took the Carbon Cub label off? Either way I'll be getting one!

'Bout time! And it is not just a S Cub with a new wing, or is it? Must be more changes if it will take a bigger battery too. It really looks like they did it all the right way ...... EXCEPT they still have those old floppy struts under the wing. My old S Cub has flat wing, BL motor, ailerons, and solid struts that a RCG member made for me. Don't have flaps, but I do have big wheel/tires.
Since this one is designed for ailerons I bet it is better handling than my converted Cub. Hope to hear from someone soon about the new S Cub.

OH, also no rubber bands!

Who says that Horizon Hobby doesn't listen to their customers? As Wattman said, it is the Supercub with all of the modifications that have been so popular over the years. The fact that they made it to fly with the 1300mah battery means that it will be lightly loaded. Will be a perfect camera platform. Great job HH/PZ. Decent price, so it should be a real winner.

Can't wait for Chuck Tseeker's box opening and flight review.

Hmm. The manual says dual aileron is not supported with the AR636. But we have been told the AR636 does support dual aileron. More confusing and conflicting information from Horizon it seems. Love their products, but they really need to get someone to proof their manuals and documentation.

I'm already wondering if it's gonna be possible to shoehorn a 2200mah 4S pack in that thing with an upgraded motor....

Looks like they've already thought ahead with an oversized battery door...

Easy, just put the servo in the provided slot and connect the provided linkages. Then slice the tabs on the existing flaps. Done.
