Since I am moving to a house with a big lake 2 feet infront of it, I bought a SS and will put floats, 2.4 ghz camera and aiptek sd 1.3 camera on there, anyways power system will be Long Can Speed 400 3.3 planetary gearbox on 10 cells.. Now what prop should I use?

11x8 or 11x7, also should I use a slowflyer prop and apc thin electric?

For the speed your prop is going to turn, you'll get a lot more thrust, more efficiently, by using the APC SF prop - APC E props only come into their own at very high rpm. Carrying the camera gear, you need thrust more than you need flight speed, so you are also probably better off with the 11x7 rather than the 11x8.
