I'm here at work but only at lunch time. It's too risky to be here at other times -only because I'd spend waaay to much time reading/posting.

I definitely am here, off and on, all evening -DSL is always on !

Yeah. I know what you mean. The only employee I ever fired, seemed to take ages to do anything. Yet he was always face to the screen..tapping away....turned out he was writing some group science fiction book on the 'net...

Definately at work. I have two systems on my desk, so it makes it a snap to take a minute break.

You missed an option in the poll: from everywhere I can!!

I'm one of those who spends close to 12 hours at work (well, I'm the owner too). I take lots of "1 minute break" to see what's going on at the E-Zone and when I get home I do the same.

When I'm away for business I enter the E-Zone too as I bring my laptop and a GPRS PCMCIA modem to contact the office and get my mail and files.

Sometimes I don't move and work from home (holy DSL!!!) and I get the calls transfered to my cell phone.
In that case the breaks a little longer

E-Zone song:

I've got you, under my skin
I've got you, deep in the heart of me
So deep in my heart, you're really a part of me.......

I would say most of my post's are during working hours and I am at my office, however I would not consider what I do to be work.

I have a lot of waiting time as part of my job, and I happen to have many computers in front of me!

It's now part of my daily routine

I should be looking for another job as well so I do tear myself away from the zone now and then to look. Not to say that I don't get my work done. It's feast or famine here. Some days I don't get to even log on. Other days it's all I do....

Ahh... the joys of academia ... post-graduate academia, anyways!

I have the luxury of a flexible schedule, and since there's downtime waiting for things to come up to temperature, and this computer's just sitting here... I can pop in from time to time, just about anytime.

You and me both. Sometimes the screen is all blue, and I just let the numbers run, sometmes its all red, and I spend some time moving stocks around, and sometimes nothing is happening at all, and I just mess around in here, or go and bash balsa...

Its a hard life.

Usually early morning or in the evening. Too busy at work. I guess that is fortunate.

From my home office, but usually in the evening. Way too many hours on here, that should be spent taking care of my kit backlog!
