NO More hovering for me !

After watching resol awesome video in Yoknoho's thread about his blades.

I got back to trying to fly my heli. Went out in the backyard and just went for it I was totaly amazed ! Got in some great flying time. I thought I'd never be able to fly around like that ! My landings are a bit rough more like crashing 75% of the time. BUT all I can say is WOW ! Waiting for the batteries to charge so I can go at it again.
Like a dummy I left my transmitter on all nite so I'm flying my kid's heli hehe.
Can't wait to try mine finally got the HH gyro set on her and was flying around inside the house last nite. The other bummer is now I have to go to home depot and get 4 new vertical blinds main blades do a wonderful job of trimming down the slates hehe.

Thanks Yukonho,

I haven't strapped on your blades just yet.

I'm using the stock blades and they're getting a beating of a life time. Wind comes up every once in a while to throw a curve at me. Waiting for the batteries to charge again. Boy I could use a second li-po charger, my triton charger is getting a real good work out today.

I've got 3 heli's

2 Hummers V. I & V. II
1 DragonFly

Hovering is alot harder.

Art my problem is there's to much stuff to hit in the backyard, Who came up with trees anyway ? To much wind to fly now. Have to wait till tomorrow like I did today no wind was perfect. Gives me a chance to look around and find some carbon fiber cloth. Has to be someone local with it.

Flying planes is no different take offs are easy it's landing that's the hard part.

Video be a little hard. guess I can always mount the camera on a hat and film that way lol

Amazing eh? the johnson works great for me too. I put a heatsink on it, it doesn;t touch all the way around, but I am sure it helps.

Yeah, I saw. I already have the Brushless and it should run hastle free (no burt out motors) with long run times. Plus, if I ever go to a CP heli, I've already got the motor.
