Include Elevons in C.G. Calc?

Building a simple delta fanfold bird. Was wondering if I need to include the elevons as part of C.G. calc. Basic planform dimensions are 32" total span with 16" root chord...before elevons. Thinking of starting out with 25% of mean chord.

Also, can deltas exibit tip stall?

Thanks for any help!

P.S. Will be powered by GWS DXA - shooting for a mellow elevon/
delta trainer.

yes and place your CG between 15 and 20%. 25 is too far back.

As far as tip stall if you are talking about a flying wing like a Zagi , I would guess yes. If you are talking about a plane shaped like a triangle I don't know. I have made 2 pibros (shaped like triangle) gliders a never saw them tip stall.
